.Осталось практически около месяца до начала Кубка Украины (в Луганской обл.). Трудно сказать, какая будет политическая обстановка, будет ли финансирование, но будем надеяться на лучшее. ГСК подготовила «Умови проходження дистанцій»

Дистанции Кубка Украины по спортивному (пешеходному) туризму ГСК подготовила классические и, на мой взгляд, постаралась дать всю необходимую информацию в Умовах, плюс схемы. Поэтому, пожалуйста, читайте внимательно, но если возникнут вопросы, то задавайте их в этой статье сайта (указывайте имя и название команды). На вопросы буду отвечать я или члены ГСК, в соответствии с занимаемой ими в ГСК должностью.

Это все понятно в случае, если кросс-поход в формате нежесткого ралли, т.е. без принудительных стартов по судейскому графику. Но в условиях сказано: Дистанція крос-походу складена за системою «ралі». Команда проходить всі етапи за часовим графіком в заданому напрямку. Как может команда не успеть вложиться в ОВ, если график движения между этапами составлен судьями. Или ОВ будет на каждом перебеге между этапами?

Команда может не вложиться в оптимальное время в случае если нарушит график прохождения этапов. Если вы внимательно читали условия то увидели что за неявку на этап в определенное графиком время команда получает штрафы по п.п. 6.20.1, 6.40.1. и за потерю снаряжения. Вот если какая-то из команд, допустим, заблудится на ориентировании и опоздает на жерди, потом, соответственно может опоздать и на финиш. Ясно что это маловероятно, но возможно.

Кирилл, не вводи людей в заблуждение. За не явку своевременно на этап, команда будет "без этапа" и займет место после всех команд, которые прошли все этапы. Об этом подробно написано в Умовах.

Ответ Максиму.
На дистанции Кросс-поход" (жесткое ралли) можно ограничить время работы на дистанции, если ввести или Опт.Ч или КЧ. При превышении Опт.Ч выставляется соответствующий штраф, а за превышение КЧ - снятие. После последнего технического этапа время движения к финишу определено жестко (графиком), но может произойти, что угодно, и опоздав на 5 сек., команда получит снятие с дистанции. Чтобы этого не было ГСК ввело и Опт.Ч и КЧ. А опоздать можно по любым причинам:
1. Участник команды получил травму (может даже и на последнем этапе).
2 Может команде необходимо оказать мед. помощь другой команде или еще кому-нибудь.
3. Может произойти любой форс-мажор, хотя бы, допустим, собаки напали на участников.
4. Может команда сбилась с дистанции и нарушила график прохождения, не обязательно, идя с последнего этапа.

И еще: более сильная команда (и физически и в умении лучше ориентироваться ) также будет иметь преимущество, вложившись в Опт.Ч, а слабая - получит соответствующий штраф, если не вложится в Опт.Ч, главное вложиться в КЧ. Разница между Опт.Ч и КЧ будет где-то 15-20 минут. Нам не нужны снятые команды, их и так мало.
